Our Coffee Roasting Process

At Mok Coffee, we take pride in our meticulous roasting process, using a Probat UG22 to craft each batch with care. This small-batch roasting method, which allows us to work with quantities ranging from 10 to 23 kg, ensures that every roast is carefully controlled. By roasting in smaller volumes, we can fine-tune the profile of each bean to bring out its best flavor. Thanks to our strong relationships with trusted coffee traders, we always have a deep understanding of the origin of our beans.
